What we do
AutoStaq measures how often AI search engines name your brand, identifies where competitors are named instead, and takes action to close those gaps, including publishing content to a website you connect, submitting your brand to directories, and recommending changes to your site.
Your account
You are responsible for the credentials you connect and for anything published under your account. You must have the right to publish to any website you connect, and the right to represent the brand you ask us to track.
What we publish
Content we generate is drafted by AI and published to your site with your connection. Your first three articles are always published as drafts. Once you approve a batch, later articles may publish live. You can turn autopilot off at any time. You own everything we publish for you.
What we don’t do
We do not operate a link exchange or place links between our customers. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, mention, or placement, no one can, and anyone who promises otherwise is guessing.
Measurement
Our measurements reflect the logged-out, unpersonalised surface of each AI engine, what a new visitor sees. Results vary between runs, which is why we sample repeatedly and show a confidence band. Prompt volume figures are estimates, labelled as such, and are not measurements.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Your 7-day trial requires a card and converts to a paid plan unless you cancel first. You can cancel any time from the billing page; your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
Fair use
Plan limits are enforced in the product. If a brand’s measurement costs run far beyond what its plan supports, we may reduce how often we re-check questions rather than stopping. We will tell you if that happens.
Liability
The service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email you before it takes effect.
